Comments: During the day, this is one of the busiest spots in Everglades National Park. Tourists travel the trail and see wildlife on all sides of this special boardwalk. However, there is a time each evening when peace returns. It often starts with the deep bellow of a Pig Frog and continues with squawks and rustles from night herons and nearby roosting birds. The Everglades does not rest.
