Last Light on the Pinelands

Comments: The transition from dusk to night is one of my favorites times of the day. The last colors of twilight and the first stars frame this uniquely shaped southern slash pine (Pinus elliottii var. densa) in a two-minute exposure. The tree itself was lit up by my flashlight.
